About This Site
ZumbaCards.com is an independent guide to the ZumbaCards platform. We are not the operator, we do not run the games, and we cannot access, credit or close anyone’s account.
How this site is funded
Links from this site to the ZumbaCards platform are affiliate links. If you sign up or make a purchase through one, we may be paid a commission by the advertising network. This costs you nothing and changes nothing about the price or the offer you receive.
It also does not buy coverage. The pricing criticism on this site — that Surprise Coins cost $2 and redeem at $1, that bonus SC carries a 5× playthrough the platform’s terms do not spell out, that cash-out complaints are the dominant theme in public reviews — is on the same pages as those links, because a guide that only says flattering things is not a guide.
How we verify things
Everything factual on this site comes from one of four places:
- The live platform. Prices, box contents, promotion windows and lobby rows are read from play.zumbacards.com and re-checked on a schedule.
- The operator’s own published terms and FAQ.
- Public records — company registration, payment entity details.
- Public review platforms, cited as what they are: a sample of self-selected opinion.
Where sources disagree, we say so rather than picking the tidier answer. Several things about this platform are genuinely disputed — the game count, whether PayPal is a payout method, whether it should be called a sweepstakes casino — and we flag those as disputed on the pages where they come up. Promotion pages carry a “where the operator’s own terms disagree” section when its copy contradicts itself, as it does on Columbus Weekend Cashback.
Every page carries a last verified date. Numbers come from one shared data file, so when a figure changes it changes everywhere at once rather than lingering on a page nobody remembered to update.
What we will not publish
- Invented reviews, ratings or testimonials. There are no user quotes on this site because we have no verified users to quote, and no star rating because we are paid when you click through and a self-serving score would be worthless.
- Odds, prices or terms we cannot source. Where ZumbaCards has not published something — per-card drop weights, odds on the non-welcome boxes, per-game playthrough weighting — we say it has not been published rather than estimating.
- Promo codes that do not exist. There is no official ZumbaCards code. Our promo code page says exactly that, which is less profitable and more useful.
- RTP figures we cannot verify. Studios configure returns per operator and ZumbaCards publishes none, so no slot on this site carries an RTP. Where a number follows from the rules — a double-zero roulette wheel — we give it.
- Card stats we have not seen. We publish Power and Speed only for cards we have opened. Rare and Legendary stats appear nowhere.

Contact
Corrections are welcome and acted on. See the contact page. If your issue is with your ZumbaCards account — a payout, a verification failure, a closed account — we cannot help with it and you need the operator’s own support channels, which are listed there too.
