What this tier is for
Nothing about the rate improves at this tier — it is $2 per Surprise Coin, the same as a $9.99 Starter box. What changes is exposure. A 1,000 SC balance bought in one transaction is a $2,000 commitment to a platform that redeems at half what it charges, before any playthrough is cleared. If you are considering this tier, the Loyalty Club discount is worth reaching first: at Platinum, 50% off brings the effective rate to roughly $1 per SC, which is the point at which the economics stop working against you.
